Dear friends
So we have the Great Shiva Night. Shiva has successfully married a jewel amongst women, a beautiful Parvati, and as a big drunkard of soma he has drunk and has slept all night. Otherwise, the God of Gods is either meditating or waking. He only sleeps this one night, and when God dies, people have been free.
In the morning Aththi Ashram set off on a special darshan - a view of the god Shiva in the main temple. Because the non-Hindu people have been forbidden to enter these places since then, they have dealt with how to do it to merge with the crowd. On the ticket, they wrote me the fake name of Raman F, and they forced me to take my dhosi, such a local male skirt. Fortunately I avoided this because the skirt is impractical in many ways. Likewise, in the morning, in the fourth of five in the morning, we passed the checkpoints where no one was watching and then we were several times ahead of all waiting in different queues, so everybody had to notice me, even if I had a skirt. Eventually everything went well, I had a total of 3 views of Shiva god and one sitting at Mother Goddess, we got a blessed favor, and at half past eight we were back in Athithi.
Then I went to Shri Ramana Ashram for ordinary ceremonies, although it was a holiday, but it is at night, so it works normally during the day. After breakfast, I was riding around Hill on a bicycle, quite a lot of pilgrims, singing bands or specially decorated playing rikshaw were walking around Hora - God Shiva.
The big temple disappointed me, the colorful mandalas and the lamps were not anywhere, they were dancers and singing groups of pilgrims, which was also nice, but the beauty of the old years is gone.
Then I came back to Athithi for dinner and we go for a night trip around the mountain, the crowd reminds of a full moon and there are many full moon attractions. Today, besides Shiva's Big Night, he is also the day of his bull Nandin, so it's double joy and double worship. She arrived and lives the statue of Gandijki.
Since I was barefooted walking around Mountain on Sunday, my legs are painfull faster and I look for Ramana Ashram and the end of the night pilgrimage. Eventually, I arrived at about 1:40 am, just after I arrived in the temple, the noisy drummers I took and try to put somewhere on the internet.
Then quickly to the toilet, for while into the neighborhood of Jogi Rama Surat Kumar, for a while in Sri Ramana Ashram for the second big night sacrifice, but then I will overcome fatigue and go as great as the God of Gods to sleep.
In the morning I was again in Sri Raman Ashram, from eight to the regular morning singing of the Vedas. The gods of the gods wake up in the morning and everything must be as usual, although Shiva's night celebrations ended at five in the morning.
