The end of this year's pilgrimage is slowly approaching and departure from my dear India and return home is near. Here is the real tropical weather, the morning temperature 26 degrees of Celsius and the noon almost 40. Tonight, however, there was unexpected relief in the form of all-night rain, which somewhat collapsed temperatures and very refreshed the nature. In India, every drop of water is a real nectar of immortality Last week we had two celebrations. First, in the opposite ashram Jogi Ram Surat Kumara celebrated his departure from the body. Since it will be a century since its birth in December, it is just one of many cultural and spiritual events in this ashram. A marble column was erected to commemorate this century, you see the preparation of floral decorations and the special homework of Jogi's devotees. Then you can see the finished floral decoration and Jogi Samadhi, the place where his body rests and the classic Hindu ceremony now takes place. The school also came to celebration. The bull cart will take us to Sri Raman Ashram yesterday. Here a Fire sacrifice was held to celebrate the Mother of the Goddess in all its forms. It originated in the first ordination of Shiva's temple in Sri Ramana Ashram. Then Sri Ramana entered the sanctum of the sanctorum, and on the statue of the Chakra, symbolizing femininity and maternity, he held his hands for 5 minutes and blessed the whole temple. The temple is built at the place of Sri Ramana's mother last resting place. Sri Ramana has helped in the last hours of her life to dissolve the bonds to the dying body and release from the cycle of birth and death. On the first photo there are flowers and other things to be sacrificed. Baskets are given at the beginning of ceremonies to selected women and children. In other pictures, the sacrificial site itself is prepared by the Vedic verses. Next we see the monkey deaconers, in contrast to the 2014 celebration is younger and there are about five of them populated around the campus. Another photo shows the bees from nearby hives that have come to the rich pasture for nectar - the experienced eye finds four bees :-) The pictures of the other preparations and the sacrifice itself are followed.
