"Where there is Krsna, the Lord of yogas, and where there is Partha, the wielder of the bow, there are fortune, victory, prosperity and unfailing prudence. Such is my conviction." Bhagavadgita 18.78
This book is an attempt to shed light on certain essential phenomena accompanying one throughout the lifetime. Subconsciously, many feel the need for a more spiritual way of life, and it is them that a clarification of certain notions may help effectively destroy their ignorance. There are many other very good books, and I will be glad if this book allows the reader to view the spiritual from a different angle. The more information and instruction the seeker has got, the more likely they are to find their own path to happiness.
All descriptions of the spiritual path are but an aid. The ultimate state cannot be comprehended by a mind that is controlled by an ego. The ego will simply not allow it, and always produce mere imaginations. The state can only be experienced. This book, and other spiritual books, serve only to take the seeking through the cliffs and reefs of the mind's intrigues with the least possible accidents and delays. No-one can undertake the voyage for you, but you can catch good wind in the sail, follow a marked path, and avoid marked cliffs, wandering currents, cut-offs, fake harbours and other traps. When you reach the harbour of bliss, you will know it. Thank God now for leading you there, and trust Him. No-one else will show you the right way.
There is no universal manual for the spiritual path and there are no quick shortcuts. Some information can be stored away in the subconscious for years, until its time comes to bear fruit. All depends on the seeker: whether they find the strength to begin seeking, whether they can make use of other people's experience in their search, or whether they will pay dear for experience of their own. It depends how efficiently they use the effort exerted and whether they are given the appropriate amount of belief, patience, calm and happiness. Always remember, however, that the goal is to get to know your own true existence, your true Self. Seek God, and you will find Him in your heart. Seek your true Self, and you will find it in God. God, your true Self and your heart are the three forms of your goal. I wish you happy, peaceful journey. Previous chapter Next chapter
